User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate and complete information when using our services or booking appointments.

• Any misuse, unauthorized access, or fraudulent activity on our platform is strictly prohibited

 • You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle meets all legal and safety requirements before and after service completion. Pricing & Payments

• Service costs will be provided before work begins. Additional costs may apply for unforeseen repairs, which will be communicated to you.

• Payments must be made in full before vehicle pickup, unless otherwise agreed upon.

• We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and digital payments.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Refunds are subject to our review and may be processed for services that were not provided due to our fault.

• No refunds will be issued for completed services. Warranty & Liability

• We offer a limited warranty on collision repairs, subject to terms provided at the time of service.

• Next Gear Auto Group is not responsible for damages resulting from improper vehicle maintenance after service completion.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Use of Mobile Application

• Our mobile app provides service updates, scheduling, and maintenance reminders.

• Users must not tamper with or misuse the app.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the app due to maintenance or technical issues. Privacy & Data Protection

• We collect and process personal data in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

• Your information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
